Ceviche

Thinly sliced game fish served in lemon and lime juice with a tomato, red onion and fresh chilli garnish.

Spicy Fish with leaves

Fresh cubes of fish rubbed with a local spice, quickly pan fried and served on a bed of lettuce with seasonal avocado or vegetables.








Tarragon Pot

Coriander and French tarragon infused cubes, gently boiled in a pan with celery, brown mushrooms and cream. Served in a home baked bread plate.

Thoroughly cleaned, prepared with unique flavours and olive oil, grilled in the oven, served whole in a dish. Great for two people or more to enjoy.

Local is lekker as we say here at home. It's good, fresh and just tasty. Fresh fish on a grill, what more would you want.


Lobster

Halved, grilled with garlic, lemon and butter in the oven or on the braai.


Fish Potjie

A traditional cast iron potjie pot is used for this South African delicacy. It takes a few hours to prepare with flavoursome leek and homemade fish stock. It caters for 8 people or more.
